Summer Cancellation Policy :
Deposit, less a $100 per unit handling fee, will be refunded if reservations
are cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival. If reservations are
cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, all monies will be forfeited unless the space is resold.
