Dobson Ice Arena & Bob Johnson Hockey School -

Located in Vail, Dobson Ice Arena is one of the largest multi-use ice facilities on Colorado's Western Slope. Dobson Ice Arena is open all year for hockey, figure skating and broomball, and offers hockey and skating leagues, classes, and competitions, from Story Time Skate to the Vail Invitational Skating Championships, as well mixed-martial arts competitions and concerts. The facility offers public skate sessions, skate rentals and season passes.

Lionshead Village -

Nestled at the base of the Vail Ski & Mountain Resort, Lionshead Village is a Colorado mountain resort and charming village with restaurants, shops, bars and access to the mountain's skiing, snowboarding and outdoor adventures. Home to many exciting Vail events and concerts, the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater is a spectacular outdoor venue that seats 1,260 people in covered seating and 1,300 on its expansive grassy hillside with a breathtaking view of the Rocky Mountains. Every Summer, the Ford Amphitheater in Vail hosts an array of cultural and entertainment events, including Vail International Dance Festival, Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival, and the free weekly concerts of the Bud Light Hot Summer Nights series.

Nestled in the foothills of the Gore Mountain Range, and adjacent to White River National Forest, Vail Golf Club offers a picturesque 18-hole, par 71 golf experience at 8,200 feet elevation. Recognized by Golf Digest as a "Top 100 Resort Course," Vail Golf Club offers a high-altitude alpine golf challenge with fairways and greens that follow the Gore Creek.

White River National Forest -

Nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in northwest Colorado, the 2.3 million acre White River National Forest is the most exciting recreational forest in the country.
