<h2>POLICIES</h2>
<p><strong>Deposit:</strong><br>A deposit of 25% of the total rent is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, the full payment is due when the reservation is made.</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation:</strong><br>No fee to cancel more than 30 days prior to travel. If cancelled 14+ days prior to arrival, 50% refund. Cancelations within 14 days of arrival are non refundable.</p>
<h2>TERMS</h2>
<p><strong>Check-in/Check-out:</strong><br>Check in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is at 10:00 am. A credit credit imprint is required upon check-in for security and incidental charges.</p>
<p><strong>Free Parking:</strong><br>We offer free outdoor parking for one vehicle per reservation. Additional vehicles will be accommodated on an availability basis at $40 per night. Paid public parking is available at the Lionshead Parking structure adjacent to Vail International.</p>
<p><strong>Pets:</strong><br>Pets are not allowed on Vail International property.</p>
<p><strong>Smoking:</strong><br>Vail International is a non-smoking property and smoking/vaping is not permitted in any condo at Vail International.</p>
