Vail International #310 is a remodeled upper level condo with approximately 1600 square feet that faces south towards Vail Mountain. The kitchen has been updated with all new electric appliances and a new washer/dryer in the entryway. There's a new live edge dining table with views to Vail Mountain. The full bath remodel in the main bedroom on the first level was completed in November of 2023 and it looks great. The other two bathrooms were remodeled in the spring of 2023 and they are also very nice. If you like to wake up to coffee to start your ski day, you can brew it in the standard 12 oz coffee pot in the kitchen with the coffee and filters that are provided. The main level includes a living room, dining area, gas fireplace, 55" flat panel TV, washer/dryer, sleeper sofa and two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a Queen bed and flat panel TV. There is a balcony with two chairs that faces to Vail Mountain off one of the bedrooms. You can watch the sun come up on Vail Mountain.

The primary suite is on the second level with vaulted ceilings and includes a King bed, private full bathroom and a small sitting area. The sitting area features a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace and a flat panel TV. There is a south facing balcony on this level that has views to Vail Mountain where you can see the sparkling snow on the trails.

This unit can sleep up to 8 people in 7 beds making it an ideal home for a large family or 6 - 8 people who want to stay together and each have their own bed. It is centrally located between Lionshead and Vail Village.

On Site Amenities at Vail International
There is an outdoor hot tub and heated pool with views of Vail Mountain.
There are two gas grills available for guest use adjacent to the pool.
Men’s and Women’s steam rooms.
There is a small workout room on the property which includes a Peloton bike, Bodycraft Treadmill and Elliptical as well as other weights and workout devices for guest use.
There is a common laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers on the ground floor of the building. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are available for purchase.

Free WiFi is offered. Each unit has its own router and password.
Provided in unit amenities include: paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dishwasher soap, body/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hair dryers.

No pets in the rental units at Vail International. There is no smoking allowed in the building.

Free Parking for up to two vehicles for guests of this unit at Vail International.
Additional spaces at $40 per night winter and $25 summer, per vehicle may be possible, subject to availability.

Professional housekeeping staff on property.
A departure clean is included.

Park your car at Vail International and take the free in town shuttle that runs continuously in a loop between Lionshead, Vail Village and Golden Peak. You can also walk to many of the prime locations in Vail as the property is centrally located between Lionshead and Vail Village.

"We had three moms and 4 teenage boys. The condo was set up perfect for having two separate living spaces. The teens had upstairs with their own fireplace, loft and couch. Caution, the master bedroom (where the teens stayed) is up a spiral staircase and would not work if you have limited mobility. We loved the extra touch of plenty of robes and slippers for each guest to go down to the hot tub. Perfect location- we’d stay here again

Perfect Space for a Group of Ski Friends

"We were so happy with our space. It was a group of our friends skiing at Vail and we needed three bedrooms/three bathrooms and our space was perfect. It was clean and updated, very comfortable, incredibly quiet. Our host, Peter, was incredibly gracious with information about the area and how to get groceries delivered. He was very timely with all of his responses, he was a tremendous help. I always judge the quality of a stay by if I would return to that same spot and I would definitely rent this space again. It was close to both Vail Village and Lion'shead Village, easy walking. It was also an easy walk to the Gondola and slopes. We had a great stay. Feel confident with this rental choice.
