Lionshead

Garfinkel’s
Located at the base of Lionshead, Garfinkel’s is the ideal place for lunch, apres ski or dinner. There is a large outdoor deck overlooking Chair 8 and the Lionshead Gondola as well as ample indoor seating. Garf’s is a great place for live music or to watch sports on TV.

The Blue Moose
Pizza, starters, salads, sandwiches and a kids’ menu are available at Blue Moose Pizza, as well as beer, wine, cocktails, whiskeys and limoncellos. The atmosphere is casual and fun.

Vail Chop House
At the Vail Chophouse, in addition to steaks, chops and seafood for dinner and a casual lunch menu, you’ll see live performances by Phil Long, a veteran of Vail’s apreès ski and evening entertainment scene.

Montauk
You’ll find high quality seafood and unique, hand crafted cocktails at the Montauk Seafood Grill.

Alpine Pizza Company
The Alpine Pizza Company is a Detroit style pizza counter. By the slice or whole pies, everything is made to go. They have sandwiches and wings too.

The Little Diner
Vail’s only full service diner serving breakfast and lunch daily. Watch your meal being prepared in their open kitchen at The Little Diner.

Bart and Yeti’s
Bart and Yeti’s is a low key and laid back pub for burgers, beers and fun in the center of Lionshead since 1976. How could it not be fun, as it is named for two dogs!

Trails End
Located just over the skier bridge in Lionshead, Trails End is one of the few ski in, ski out restaurants in Vail. It’s open for both lunch and dinner and is family friendly and fun.
Vail Village

Elway’s
Elway’s is one of the finest steakhouses in Vail, serving dinner nightly and apres ski in the winter. It’s located in the Lodge at Vail.

Mountain Standard
A relaxed tavern serving wood fired creations, Mountain Standard opened in 2012. It has been a very popular restaurant in Vail due to its high level of service and fun atmosphere.

Vendetta’s
Upstairs at Vendetta’s are two bars where the fun starts at lunch and goes through après ski and dinner. Downstairs is a fine dining Italian restaurant that is open for dinner. It’s on Bridge Street, just a short walk from Gondola One.

The Red Lion
The Red Lion is one of Vail’s original restaurants and après ski spot which opened in 1963, located in the heart of Vail Village on Bridge Street, just steps from Gondola One. Enjoy live entertainment and hearty food and beverages.
Golden Peak

Avanti F & B
Avanti F & B brings its food hall concept to Vail with Capriata Pizza, Backyard Burgers, Japanese fare from Glo, Mediterranean from Boychik and breakfast and sandwiches from Detoor. Most of the vendors are open from 11 am – 9 pm. Super fun for après ski.
