A deposit of 25% of the total rent is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, the full payment is due when the reservation is made.
No fee to cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled 14+ days prior to arrival, 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non refundable.
Yes – It is about a 6 minute walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola in Lionshead. There is also a free shuttle that stops behind Vail International and loops to Vail Village and Golden Peak.
We have an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, with southern views to Vail mountain. The pool is open in the summer and winter and the outdoor hot tub is open year round.

Yes, one complimentary space will be provided with each 2 bedroom condominium. Additional parking is available next door at the Lionshead Parking Structure. Rates are $50 per 24 hours in the winter and free day parking in the summer. There is a $25 charge for overnight parking at the structure in the summer. Rates are subject to change.
We have a small workout room with cardio machines, a three station multi gym, a dumbell set, a pull-up bar, Peloton bike and a Bodycraft Treadmill.
Yes, we offer free WiFi throughout the property with access points in each unit.
Yes, there are common area washer/dryers on the property and many condos have them in the units.
Yes, there are two elevators at Vail International.
Our guests get special rates at Performance Ski Rentals in Lionshead and you can also store your rental skis and poles overnight.
The Market at Vail is located across from the bus stop at the Lionshead Parking Structure. It’s a mini grocery store with fresh foods, sandwiches and drinks. There are also two full size grocery stores, City Market and Safeway, in West Vail (3 miles).
Ski Country Grocer offers a delivery service for groceries and liquor. You can order in advance on their website and your groceries will be delivered to your condo and waiting for you upon your arrival.
You can exchange your towels at the front desk.
We do not have any pet friendly units at Vail International.
Get off at the main Vail exit, 176, and head west on the South Frontage Road. Take a left just past the Lionshead Parking Structure on East Lionshead Circle. Follow this road and bear left when you see the Dobson Ice Arena and Vail International will be on your right.
The Vail Hospital and the Steadman Clinic are a two minute walk from the Vail International condos.
The Dobson Ice Arena is adjacent to the Vail International condos.
Vail’s free in town shuttle bus stops in front of the Dobson Ice Arena is just below to the property. Hours are usually 6:30 am – 1:30 am.
It is best to purchase your lift tickets prior to arriving in Vail. Vaill offers deals on tickets that are purchased 7+ days prior to arrival. Buy some version of an Epic Pass before the ski season starts in November.
High Mountain Taxi has 6 passenger vehicles with luggage racks and offers local service in Vail and to and from the Eagle (EGE) Airport, 970-524-5555.
The property is walking distance to the lifts and there is a free in town shuttle. You don’t need to have a car when you’re staying at Vail International, but we do offer free outdoor parking for up to one vehicle per unit. Epic Mountain Express offers regularly scheduled shuttle service from Denver (DEN) and the Vail-Eagle (EGE) airports to Vail.
It is legal to smoke in private accommodations but all of our units are non smoking. It is not permitted to smoke in public nor on Forest Service property, ie: Vail Mountain.
The sale of marijuana is legal to those over the age of 21. There are not any retail stores in Vail, but there are several in Eagle Vail which is about 6 miles west of Vail.
We can accommodate approximately 40 person groups in the winter. Although most of our units have two bedrooms we also have several larger units available.
We are adjacent to the Dobson Ice Arena and have hosted many teams that have played in tournaments at Dobson.
Our condos have full kitchens for team meals and a centrally located outdoor pool area with two grills and hot tub.
Our 2BR/2BA condos typically have a King or Queen in one bedroom and 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom and a fold out in the living room as well as a full kitchen, pool, hot tub and steam rooms.
Each condo is individually owned and the decor and furnishing varies from unit to unit. You can see photos of each of the units on our website.
